As a supplier of services, we are responsible for our own content on these pages as per § 7, item 1, TMG. However, in conformance with §§ 8 – 10 TMG, we, as a supplier of services, are not obliged to monitor the transmitted or stored information of third parties or investigate the circumstances indicating illegal activity.

The obligations on deleting or blocking the use of information under general laws remain in force. However, the responsibility in this respect only arises from the moment when the specific offence has become known. As soon as we learn about the relevant offences we shall immediately delete the content.
