How do we collect your data?

First, your data are collected when you provide them to us. For instance, these may be the data which you upload in the feedback form.

Other data are collected automatically or, with your consent, by our IT systems when you visit this website. Primarily, these are technical data (for instance, the internet browser, the operating system or the time of the page viewing). Such data are collected automatically as soon as you go to the site.

Part of the data is collected for ensuring an uninterrupted view of the website. Other data may be used for analyzing the behavior of the website users.

Additionally, you have the right in certain circumstances to request limitation of the processing of your personal data. You are also entitled to file a complaint in a competent supervision agency.

In this connection, and also with regard to any further questions on the topic of data protection, you may address us at any time.

3. General and mandatory information

Data protection

The operators of these pages treat the protection of your personal data very seriously. We handle your personal data confidentially, in conformance with the legislation on data protection and this statement on data protection.

When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data are the data using which you may be personally identified. This statement on data protection explains what data we collect and what we use them for. It also explains how and for what purposes it is done.

We point out that data transmission in the Internet (for instance, in e-mail communication) may be vulnerable from the security viewpoint. No complete protection of data from third party access is possible.

Responsible party

The party responsible for data processing on this website is:

Tronic Concept GmbH
Willi-Bleicher Straße 11 Halle 7

52353 Düren
Germany

Tel.: +49 2421 6923006
Fax:  +49 2421 6923005

The responsible party is a natural person or legal entity who, alone or together with others, adopts the decision on the purposes and facilities for personal data processing (for instance, family name/first name/title, e-mail addresses, etc.).

Storage term

Unless this statement on data protection contains a specific storage term, your personal data will remain stored until the purpose of data processing becomes irrelevant. If you file a grounded request to delete the data or withdraw your consent to the data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legitimate reasons to store your personal data (for instance, storage term in conformance with the tax or commercial legislation); in the latter case, the data will be deleted as soon as such reasons cease to be effective.

Data transfer to the USA and other third countries

Among other things, we use the tools of companies located in the USA or other third countries, which are not protected by data protection legislation. If such tools are active your personal data may be transferred to such third countries and processed there. We pointy out that, in such countries, the data protection level may be incomparable with that of the EU level. For instance, the US companies are obliged to pass personal data to security agencies, and you as an interested party may not challenge this in court. Therefore, it cannot be excluded that the US authorities (for instance, secret services) will process, analyze and permanently store your data on the US servers for the purpose of monitoring. Such data processing is beyond our control.

Withdrawal of your consent to data processing

Many operations on data processing are only possible with your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time. The legitimacy of the data processing which took place prior to the withdrawal is not affected by the withdrawal.

Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct advertising (Art. 21 DSGVO)

IF DATA ARE PROCESSED UNDER ART. 6, PARA 1 E OR F OF DSGVO, YOU ARE ENTITLED AT ANY TIME TO FILE AN OBJECTION TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE REASONS SUBSEQUENT UPON YOUR SPECIAL SITUATION; THIS IS ALSO TRUE REGARDING YOUR PROFILE SHAPING BASED ON THE SAME GROUNDS. THE RESPECTIVE LEGAL GROUNDS FOR THE DATA PROCESSING ARE CONTAINED IN THIS STATEMENT ON DATA PROTECTION. IF YOU FILE AN OBJECTION WE SHALL STOP PROCESSING YOUR RESPECTIVE PERSONAL DATA, UNLESS WE CAN CONFIRM THE EXISTING MANDATORY LEGAL REASONS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH PREVAIL OVER YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING IS INTENDED FOR FILING, EXERCISING OR PROTECTING LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION UNDER ART. 21, PARA 1 OF DSGVO).

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT ADVERTISING, YOU ARE ENTITLED AT ANY TIME TO FILE AN OBJECTION TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RESPECTIVE PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH ADVERTISING; THIS IS ALSO TRUE REGARDING YOUR PROFILE SHAPING IF IT IS CONNECTED WITH SUCH DIRECT ADVERTISING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL NOT BE USED ANY MORE FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT ADVERTISING (OBJECTION UNDER ART. 21, PARA 2 OF DSGVO).

Right to appeal to competent supervisory agency

In case of DSGVO violation, the victims are entitled to address the supervisory agency, specifically, within the EU member state at their place of residence, place of work or place of alleged violation. The right to appeal does not compromise other means of administrative or judicial protection.

Right to data transfer

You have the right to obtain or disclose to a third party the data which we automatically process on the basis of your consent or under the contract, in a conventional format which allows computer readout. If you request the data to be directly transferred to another responsible party this can only be done if technically feasible.

SSL or TLS coding

For the purposes of security and protection of confidential information transfer, for instance, applications or requests which you send us as the website administrator, this website uses SSL or TLS coding. You may identify the coding when the browser address line is changed from „http://“ to „https://“ or when a lock symbol appears in the browser line.

If the SSL or TLS coding is on, no third parties are able to simultaneously read the data which you send us.

Information, deletion and correction

Under the current legislative norms, you have the right to receive at any time free information on your stored personal data, their origin and recipients, and also on the purpose of the data processing and, if necessary, the right to correct or delete such data. In this connection, and also with regard to any further questions on the topic of data protection, you may address us at any time.

Right to processing limitation

You are entitled to request limitation of your personal data processing. To this end, you may address us at any time. The right to processing limitation arises in the following cases:

  • If you challenge the correctness of your personal data stored by us, as a rule, we need time to check it up. During the check-up period, you have the right to request limitation of your personal data processing.
  • If the processing of your personal data has taken place /is taking place illegitimately, you may request limitation of data processing instead of deletion thereof.
  • If we do not need your personal data any more but you need them for exercising, protecting or filing legal claims, you have the right to request limitation of processing of your personal data instead of deletion thereof.
  • If you file an objection under Art. 21 of DSGVO, a balance of your interests and our interests must be observed. Before it has been defined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request limitation of your personal data processing.

If you have limited the processing of your personal data such data – apart from their storage – may only be processed upon your consent or for filing, exercising or protecting legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural person or legal entity, or for the reasons of material public interest of the European Union or an EU member state.

Objection to dissemination of electronic advertising messages

We hereby object to any use of our contact data, disclosed under our obligation to publish output data, for the dissemination of advertising and information materials unless explicitly requested. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookie files for technically faultless and optimized provision of its services. If the consent for the storage of cookie files has been given the respective cookie files will be stored exclusively on the basis of such consent (Art. 6, para 1, letter a of DSGVO); the consent may be withdrawn at any time.
